Palace Provides Update on Kate Middleton’s Return to Royal Engagements
A spokesperson from Kensington Palace has stated that Kate Middleton is not currently rushing to resume her royal duties following her cancer diagnosis. This announcement comes two months after the Princess of Wales disclosed her diagnosis to the public. "The princess will await clearance from her medical team before returning to her duties," the royal spokesperson informed the BBC. Nonetheless, Middleton recently eased back into work alongside Prince William by providing her first project update since disclosing her illness. Collaborating with her husband, the Princess of Wales contributed to a Mental Health Awareness Week post, shedding light on the psychological challenges faced by young farmers. Although Middleton does not make a personal appearance in the clip, it was co-produced by her and Prince William. In her video message regarding her illness, Middleton disclosed that she had begun preventative chemotherapy in its early stages.
